The procedure of the lesson: T: Good morning, dear children! Sit down! Who is on duty today? What date is it today? Who is absent today? How are you? What’s the weather like today? How many lessons do you have today? What are they?

Today we are going to review the tenses of the verb. First let’s review grammar rules. Look at the table and tell the meaning and the formation of the tenses. Таблица времён. Действительный залог.
Exercise 1. T: Я часто смотрю телевизор. What English Tense should be used? P: (глядя на таблицу): It is necessary to use the Present Simple Tense. T: Give an English variant of this sentence, using the necessary form for a predicate in the table. P: I often watch TV. T: Я сейчас смотрю телевизор. What English Tense should be used? P: (глядя на таблицу): It is necessary to use the Present Continuous Tense. T: Give an English variant of this sentence, using the necessary form for a predicate in the table. P: I am watching TV now. (И так во всех временах) Ex. 5, 6 p. 195 Present Perfect Simple or Continuous. Example: Granny has lost her glasses. Ex. 10 p. 197 Use the Future or Present tense. Example: When I got back they were drinking coffee.
